YAY! Tommy, I'm so happy you got to see your girl. Also, still very proud of your dieting. Way to go on not drinking cola still. That's a hard one, I still have a diet coke now and again, but I try to be sure to drink enough water to replace what the caffiene is getting rid of. I also think you should factor in any sort of walking around/cleaning you do during the day. You know, even just brushing your teeth for 5 minutes burns 17 calories. Everything you do needs energy, so exercise doesn't really have to be vigorous to be exercise. Also, if you're a fidgetty person (I know I am) and you shake your foot while you're reading, or just move around a lot, that counts too. Don't get down on yourself just because you didn't do any crunches, you're still burning calories by being alive.
