Just stopping in for a quickie

Well -

I have to work in the morning, and I'm not a morning person. So, no cute little anecdote tonight/twoknight/toonite. My apologies, but if I don't sleep tomorrow will take forever. And, my friend Phil has lent me an alarm for deaf people, it should hopefully wake me up. Pray hard that it does.

My diet:
BREAKFAST - Bagel (no cream cheese), several cups of water
LUNCH - Egg Sandwich (they were scrambled, and delicious), Pepsi
DINNER - A tomato soup with carrot, potato, onions, garlic, meatballs and two more Pepsi.

My exercise:
YIKES! I'll get on that tomorrow night. I'm exercising my desire to be well rested for the work hours.
